Through the availability request form on this website, we collect the following personal data:
Data is collected solely to respond to the information and availability request submitted by the user, and is not used for marketing, profiling or unsolicited communications.
Processing is based on the data subject's explicit consent at the time of form submission (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data is processed using electronic tools. Requests submitted through the form generate an internal notification via Telegram (Telegram Inc.), used solely as an internal communication tool and not for storing user data.
Data is not shared, sold or disclosed to third parties for their own purposes.
Data is retained for as long as strictly necessary to handle the request and, in the event of a completed booking, for the period required by applicable fiscal and accounting obligations (generally 10 years). Requests not followed by a stay are deleted within 12 months of the last communication.
